Owen Value for Dynamic Games on Networks

In the presented paper, we consider dynamic network games with coalition structure in which players cooperate to get best outcomes. As solution Owen value is proposed. To simplify calculations new characteristic function introduced based on possibility of cutting connections by outside coalition. For a special case, comparison other solutions done.
